Acre owns and operates every micro data centre. Property owners host it, compute operators rent it, and an onsite battery makes the energy behind it cheaper and cleaner.
Demand is confirmed before we deploy
Acre works with compute operators to validate demand and secure long-term lease terms before any unit is installed. Property owners are not taking on vacant infrastructure risk. The operator relationship is in place before the unit goes in.

Property Owners
Host the unit. Earn 20% of the rental.
No capital outlay. No operator relationship to manage.
Acre installs the micro data centre on your site. We source, vet, and manage the compute operator and collect the rental income directly. You receive 20% of the rental as a site licence fee, for as long as the unit operates on your land. You never purchase the unit and never deal with the operator.
No capital outlay required
20% of rental income, paid for the life of the lease
Acre manages the operator relationship end-to-end
AI infrastructure on your site without compute risk
Operators lease space inside an Acre unit on a long-term basis and install their own servers and GPU hardware. In addition to rental, operators pay for the energy they draw, billed by Acre at a margin over Acre's wholesale energy cost.
Long-term lease, same structure as traditional colocation
Market-rate rental pricing
Energy billed separately, drawing on Acre's onsite battery
Acre owns and maintains the physical infrastructure
Each Acre unit includes battery storage that charges overnight when grid electricity is cheaper and cleaner, then discharges to power the unit through the day. Acre buys energy at the lower overnight rate and bills operators at a margin, improving unit economics on both sides.
Onsite battery charges during low-cost, low-carbon periods
Reduces exposure to peak grid pricing
Energy billed to operators at a margin over wholesale cost
Lower carbon footprint per kW than grid-only operation

Acre
We build it. We own it. We run it.
Property owners and operators don't carry the infrastructure risk.
Acre designs and fabricates each unit with our manufacturing and installation partners, retains ownership of the asset, and holds the relationship with the compute operator. Property owners host; operators rent; Acre owns and operates the infrastructure layer in between.
Owns and capitalises every unit
Sources and manages compute operator demand before deployment
Responsible for maintenance, monitoring, and energy procurement
Single point of accountability for the infrastructure layer
